Refund policy

As our food coloring is a food product, to ensure the health and safety of every customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order is damaged, leaked or you receive the wrong goods during transportation, please contact us via email hello@prsmsugarcous.com within 48 hours after receiving the package, along with relevant photos and order information. We will handle your refund or reissue as soon as possible.

Refunds or reissues are only applicable in cases where the goods are damaged during transportation or sent to the wrong sender.

As each batch of pigments is hand-mixed, there may be slight color differences, which is a normal phenomenon and cannot be used as a basis for returns or exchanges.
